College Pathways
Ohio Hi-Point Career Center Adult & Continuing Education has built strong relationships with colleges and universities throughout the state of Ohio in order to allow our students to create easy transitions into college.
Articulation agreements have been established with two-year and four-year colleges and universities through memorandums of understanding with the following:
Career-Technical Credit Transfer (CT₂)
The Ohio Board of Regents works collaboratively with the Ohio Department of Education, adult and secondary career-technical education and state-supported institution of higher education to establish criteria, policies and procedures to transfer agreed-upon technical courses from one system to another. This allows OHP’s adult learners to potentially earn college credit through the programs of study they complete. Currently, credit can be transferred from the nursing, EMT and integrated systems technology. Our adult and continuing education staff can provide current information on the status of college transfer credits.
